JMT Senior Manager Representative Office 2, Ginanjar Rakhmanto, stated that police tactical vehicles are currently being directed to the location to manage the crowd.

– PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, through its subsidiary Jasamarga Metropolitan
Tollroad (JMT), is implementing traffic engineering on the Jakarta Inner City
Toll Road, in response to demonstrations near the House of Representatives
(DPR) Building.
"The
demonstration, which began at 10:00 a.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time), caused
congestion around the Inner City Toll Road, especially near the Senayan toll
exit or the DPR/MPR building," said Ginanjar Rakhmanto, Senior Manager of
Representative Office 2 of JMT, on Monday (August 25, 2025).
Ginanjar reported
that, starting at 12:55 p.m. WIB, the demonstration escalated and entered the
Inner City Toll Road. However, police officers were able to control the
situation, allowing the toll road to reopen at 1:05 p.m. WIB.
In the afternoon, at
5:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time), the protesters re-entered the Inner City
Toll Road, specifically at Km 07+400.
As a security
measure, at the discretion of the Police, starting at 5:15 PM WIB, traffic
diversions were implemented. Road users heading towards Slipi were diverted to
exit via the Km 05+000 off-ramp, and road users heading towards Cawang were
diverted via the Km 12+500 off-ramp.
